Chef Candice Hales

After joining Spectra Food Services in 2009 as Concessions Cook at Budweiser Gardens, Candice quickly learned that delivering high-quality culinary products is what drives her to success. “Cooking is something that has always been with me and the drive only continues to grow with experience,” explained Candice.

Culinary school at Fanshawe College coupled with experience in Budweiser Gardens’ main kitchen has allowed her to experience catering and concessions during high profile events such as Tim Horton’s Brier, the World Figure Skating Championships, the OHL Memorial Cup, countless concerts as well as Broadway shows. Perhaps her most noteworthy culinary achievement is working with Ovations’ culinary team to open the new 33,500 seat Investors Group Field, home of the CFL Winnipeg Blue Bombers, to a sold-out crowd.

Candice currently oversees the food and beverage operations at the Enercare Centre in Toronto, ON while continuing to implement Spectra's signature Everything’s Fresh™ approach.
